Price: £20 per bike
The ultimate express delivery, nobody does it better than FedEx.
Priority service. Cut Off 2.30pm.
Extra Info:
Some multi-bike shipments will result in a unit cost below £20 each. When this is the case we will always reduce the invoiced freight cost to match.
Insurance
Where the average price of a bike, per order, is £650 or higher. Insurance is automatically added to the shipment to a value of £1250 per box.
Should you wish to increase the insurance level beyond £1250, or look to insure an order with average bike value below £650. Please make this known to your Sales Rep at point of order.
Tracking
FedEx tracking will be emailed to you the night of departure, and included also on your invoice email. This allows clear information on the ETA and location of the shipment.
FedEx Insurance - How Does It Work

Standard Insurance
Included on EVERY ORDER, but small value. £5 per kilo is paid out if lost or damaged. 20kg Bike = £100 only.
This is applied to orders with average bike value £650 or below.

Additional Coverage
Included on orders with average bike value above £650.
Items are insured to a value of £1250 per box.

Upgrade Your Cover
For orders with average bike value below £650, or where you need to add a higher value of cover beyond £1250 per bike. There is a £6 fee, per £1250 value, per box.
So if you have 2x bikes at £2000 each to insure, this would be 2x £6, on top of the regular fee, and have full value covered in case of loss or damage.

Claims & Notice
It is absolutely critical you inspect goods on arrival and notify us the SAME DAY of signature if there is damage or loss.
If a claim is required, please keep all packaging, FedEx will send a representative to inspect. Once accepted, we then work to arrange a solution.
Pallet Freight - Eco 72hr
Price: £10 per bike
More efficient, but slightly slower than FedEx.
Includes truck with tail lift.
Minimum 4x units
Only available for orders of 4x units or more.
Insurance
£5 per kilo standard insurance included.
Tracking
Limited information.
Delivery date is provided with a tracking number.

Pallet Freight - Premium
Optional Upgrades - Book via Sales Rep
Next Day - £2.50 extra per bike
Ship 4 or more Kona Bikes with expedited speed, ensuring quick delivery for larger orders.
AM Delivery - £10 per delivery (not per bike)
Flat fee per delivery. Not available on all postcodes.
Timeslot Delivery - £15 per delivery (not per bike)
Pick a time window between 10am and 5pm.
Flat fee per delivery. Not available on all postcodes.
Insurance - £3.00 extra per £1000 value
For a £10,000 order sent via pallets, it would cost £30.00 to give Full Loss Cover, where every situation is protected.
Highlands & Islands
Pallets - Average £120-£150 per pallet
This is the most efficient standard option. For larger orders or special items we can quote a wider array of agents. We will always work to get the best possible option.
Courier - Average £50-£75 per bike
It is not impossible to delivery Next Day, it is just usually expensive. Your Sales Rep can arrange specific quotes from an array of couriers. FedEx, UPS, DHL and others.
Freight Incentive - Order above £3000
See your Sales Rep for specific freight incentive on orders above £3000. Order required in multiples of 4x units.
